Hi All,

I am looking for a Canada University's MBA program which can be studied entirely online.

Tried a lot but could not locate a single credible business school in Canada offering an online mba.

Can you please help me by posting names of the business schools/universities offering online-MBA?

i have made a little search and couldn't find any program that is exclusively on line in Canada except this one:

cga.laurentian.ca/mba/index.asp

it is, how ever, not a know school. if you are doing it completely on line, then why do you need it to be based in Canada?

i did find it on a ranking for Canadian programs - it is raked 29 from 60.

Thanks for your post.

I found the link very useful...yep, its unfortunate that few Canada B schools offer online MBA and though Laurentian University excites me but there is absolutely no mention of AACSB/EQUIS etc...kinda worried about accreditation.

I am interested in Canada Schools since cost of education is a bit less in Canada...the fees for the online/DL MBA from Warwick and IE almost gave me a heart-attack!!!

If you have more info about exclusive online/dl mba from Canada or any B School in USA/Europe where fees are manageable...please do share the names with me.

Expecting posts from other members also.

Good afternoon,
I just wanted to let you know that there are options for online learning in Canada. Lansbridge University in Fredericton, New Brunswick as been in existance since 1999 and was awarded degree-granting status by the Province of New Brunswick since 2001. We are also accredited by DETC (Distance Education Training Commission: www.detc.org). We are the only online university in Canada to hold DETC accreditation. Our list of Alumni and student is impressive and I would be more than happy to field any questions you may have about our programs or at least put you in touch with some Alumni and Students that have agreed to talk to propsective students about their experiences at Lansbridge.

hi there,
does anyone have any info on the University of Fredericton's online EMBA program. I am planning to register in Jan 2010. I've completed my due dilligence and the only other fully online EMBA in Canada is University of Athabasca....to expensive. Unless they're ready to go belly up...I'm in! Any inside info or thoughts? All comments are welcome.

Good morning,
To the person that questioned the closure of Lansbridge University, I would like to point out that this was a school in British Columbia which closed it's doors in 2007, not New Brunswick. We are governed by the NB Dept. of Post-Secondary Education as is all other traditional and online universities in the province. Suggest you look at University of South Dakota. Their online MBA is fully acreditied and half the cost of a Lansbridge U MBA!
